Architectural Requests and Exterior Modification

All exterior modifications or improvements must have an approved architectural application submitted for consideration.

Exterior modifications include, but are not limited to: roofing, exterior paint (even if painting the same color, but not if only touching up paint in small areas,) landscaping, tree/shrub removal or replacement, landscaping (mulch, rock, grass, concrete, pavers, etc.,) decking, windows, etc.

You will still need to submit an architectural request once your color scheme is chosen.  You will still need to submit an architectural request once your color scheme is chosen.

Each item should be submitted separately; For example, one application for paint and one application for windows. Or one application for a shed and one application to change a flower bed to rock.  If you submit multiple items on one application, the application may be denied for separate submittal and may delay your project(s).

Please complete this ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST FORM (also found on the owner portal under ARC Form) and submit online HERE.

The HOA has 30 days to review any request and provide a response. Please do not schedule any work prior to approval being received. If more information is requested, the application is considered incomplete, and the 30 days may re-start upon submission of the complete information, and there is no guarantee of approval.

The committee of volunteer homeowners or the Board of Directors will review each submission to determine that the request follows the Association's architectural guidelines. Please review the Declarations, Rules and Regulations and Architectural Guidelines prior to submission.

To assist with a quick review, please ensure that you submit the following information and corresponding documents with your application:

• - A picture of the current item(s)
• - A picture example of the desired items
• - A picture and information of the color(s) and where the colors will be located.
• - Any specification or product information sheets and dimensions
• - Any diagrams or drawings
• - A plot plan or map of the property with the project drawn to scale with dimensions (for decking, outbuildings/sheds, or landscaping renovations)

Owners are encouraged to attend the Board of Directors Meetings to discuss a pending ACC requests as needed.
